Pyramid Tool and Die Co. was incorporated in June 1984. Since this date the company has grown steadily in both employees and technology. The company services a wide spectrum in all moulding materials.

Component designs are produced in house using 3D solids. Photo quality images can then be supplied in PowerPoint or as tiff, jpeg etc. SLA models can be supplied on request.
We have a department dedicated to the Design and manufacture of Single Stage Blanking Tools through to Multi Stage Progression Tools and complex 3D Forming Tools. We have particular expertise in ultra-precision components used in the electronics and electrical industries, whilst also having designed and manufactured moulds for many different industries such as high power insulator moulders for switch gear installations, offshore oil installation products such as pipe line protection systems and pipe line buoyancy products. We also have vast experience in the following sectors: Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, Building and Household.
Pyramid has gained considerable expertise in complex 3D component design, 3D machining 3D Spark Erosion and 5 Axis CNC Wire Erosion.
Situated 1 mile from Junction 26 on the M6. We have recently relocated to a new 1000 m2 custom built factory. Our workforce consists of 18 highly skilled and motivated personnel. We can handle tools up to 10 tonnes.
